Fill your paper with the breathing’s of your heart

Fill it..Fill it until all your foiling’s are flowed

Pour it all from your pain

Fill it…Fill it with all your feelings

Spill it..spill it until all your spirits are shattered

Spill it all the dreams you’ve dream’t

Spill it..spill it with all your soul

Heal it..heal it until all your mind is mourned

Heal it all with your courage

Heal it…heal it with all your heart

So that your feelings are free again

So that your spirits are soured again       

So that your heart can hale again

Again, for the next paper to fill

For the next chapter to turn

And, to go on and on and on

Until you fill your life’s last chapter  

Until you breathe your last breath

Until you are one with this earth

Go On and On…
