That Smile…
Sitting here on a Saturday
In a winter morning mist
Hoping to write one or two words
But baby…it is hard to get words
When the heart is longing
When I see that smile from here
I questioned myself if there is anything
Anything out there that is valuable
That I can compare it in this world
And, I don’t see anything that I can compare with
Then I tried to match the smile with diamonds
Those precious things that everyone craves to have
Then I thought …Nah…diamonds are nothing
They are just lifeless glittering carbon stones
When I sat there and thought deeply
Under the misty morning sun rays
While the crispy morning breeze blowing by
When I see that smile from here
All I could hear is soft music playing in my heart
Yes, that smile is like a sweet soft music
Slowly softly whispering away into my heart
Whispering something softly into my ears
Those whispers, like a waft swirling softly
All through me making livelier
All day long, keeping me lively…
